WHERE DO MY GUESTS PARK?
Blanco venue does not have their own dedicated parking structure, however, the five-story, 1200-stall San Pedro/Market parking garage is conveniently located 30 yards away.
HOW LONG IS THE EVENT SPACE AVAILABLE TO US?
A Ten-hour venue rental includes four hours set up and one hour breakdown following the event. Additional hours can be purchased at a rate of $750/hour (subject to prior written approval). Events can be booked at any time of day, ending by 11pm with vendors vacated by midnight.
WHAT DOES THE VENUE RENTAL FEE INCLUDE?
The venue rental fee is inclusive of the entire facility, including two portable bars, (20) 8' tables, (10) 5' rounds, (10) 30"x48" cocktail tables, 250 dark cherry wood folding chairs, a cornhole game set and onsite security. We do not provide linens for any tables. All events booked at Blanco will include a Venue Manager to answer any venue related questions.
WHAT IS A VENUE MANAGER?
Blanco provides a Venue Manager who will be on site the day of the event for facility management only. The Venue Manager is not responsible for event coordination, set up or breakdown of decor or timeline management. For events of 50 guests or more it is required to have a day of coordinator.
ARE REHEARSALS INCLUDED?
All wedding packages include a wedding rehearsal 1-2 days priors to event and subject to availability.
WILL A SERVICE FEE BE ADDED TO THE FINAL BILL?
A 22% service fee & local tax will be added to all charges.
CAN I PICK UP ITEMS THE DAY AFTER MY EVENT?
No, all items must be taken when the event concludes. Blanco is not responsible for any items left after your event. We will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any items left on the premises following the event.
DO YOU HAVE PREFERRED VENDORS?
We are pleased to offer a preferred vendor list, however, you are not required to exclusively utilize these vendors. Please note that all vendors used must be licensed and insured to provide proper services during your event.
DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE CATERING?
Blanco venue offers our clients to utilize our preferred catering list. All linens, décor, plate-ware and flatware will be rented through your chosen caterer. A $15/person fee will be issued if you decide to use a caterer not from our list.
IS THE BEVERAGE PACKAGE REQUIRED?
All beverages must be purchased from Blanco and a bar package is required. Blanco will provide all glassware unless otherwise provided by the client. Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into Blanco Urban Venue from outside sources. Alcoholic beverages are regulated by the California State Liquor Control Board & Blanco is responsible for the administration of these regulations. All beverages are subject to a service charge & appropriate taxes will apply. Final guest count, chosen bar package & payment for bar package is due 14 days before your event.
HOW DO I BOOK MY EVENT?
To secure your booking, 50% of the rental fee and estimated bar package is required upon signage of contract. The remaining 50% and the estimated bar balance is due 60 days prior to event date. Final guest count is due 7 days. Deposits are non refundable.
